Silent Disco, the originators who started the Silent Disco movement worldwide, opened the Dutch Lowlands festival this year with a world record. The festival opened this year on a Thursday, one day earlyer. Since there was no permit to make loud noise on this day, Silent Disco’s approach was the answer. Two DJ booth’s with a whole line up of DJ’s were playing over 5000 wireless headphones. The crowd could choose to who they wanted to listen to. Office Broomer build a special transmission system and engaged a live mastering setup for this event to get the best possible sound over all headphones.
